SEE SEE MOTOR COFFEE CO

Sortis Holdings

As part of See See Motorcycles' fuel-soaked and caffeine-induced empire building conquest, we developed and designed three new cafes. From their humble beginnings on Sandy Blvd in NE Portland, we helped extend their footprint into the greater Portland metro area. Equal parts curated moto retail and Third Wave coffee shop, each new neighborhood would inspire and inform the design and personality of the shops, while still balancing See See’s distinctive brand identity. Storytelling and Placemaking became central conceptual starting points. Heavy doses of research and espresso shifted into insights and beers. We discovered the St. Johns location was the former home of Jower’s, an iconic Portland workwear store that had been serving the community since 1907. Their SW location was home to Beaverton Bakery, an institution that had been making cakes for nearly a century. The Newberg location, a former mechanic shop. Three unique locations bound in time by Makers and a dedication to their craft.
